Our Committee & Membership

Welcome to the Prabashi Durgotsav Samiti Mohan Garden (PDSMG). As a community-driven charitable and religious organisation, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of behaviour. By joining PDSMG, every member agrees to honour the following terms and code of conduct.

Membership Overview

• Eligibility: General Membership is available to individuals who are above 18 years of age and align with the charitable and religious objects of the organisation.
• Membership Terms & Fees: Membership is subject to applicable admission and annual subscription fees. These fees and terms may be determined and periodically revised by the organisation.
• Member Participation: Members are permitted to participate in the organisation's events, volunteer committees, and general assemblies.

Code of Conduct & Event Guidelines

• General Conduct: Members must strictly adhere to the organisation's rules, objectives, and Code of Conduct. Members are required to maintain respect, integrity, and decorum at all times.
• Event & Puja Conduct: The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol, narcotics, and illegal substances is strictly prohibited at organisational events and premises. Members must never participate in organisational duties while under the influence of any intoxicant. Any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abuse, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
• Political Neutrality: The organisation is strictly non-political. Members must not use the organisation's name, premises, or events for political campaigning, promotion, or fundraising.

Organisational Responsibilities

• Financial Responsibility: All collected funds must be fully submitted and appropriately deposited according to organisational procedures.
• Confidentiality & Privacy: Members who are granted access to organisational, donor, financial, or membership details must maintain strict confidentiality. The unauthorised sharing or disclosure of this information is strictly prohibited.
• Use of Organisational Property: Members must not use the organisation's properties, logos, letterheads, equipment, or digital accounts for personal or unauthorised purposes.

Termination & Acknowledgement

• Membership Termination: Membership may be terminated due to a written resignation, prolonged non-payment of subscription dues, or any violation of the Code of Conduct.
• Application Acknowledgement: By submitting this membership application, the applicant acknowledges that their membership is subject to strict adherence to the organisation's rules, policies, and Code of Conduct.
